“(Ophion Tactical Security) has done a great job catering to our needs,” said Robert. “What’s important to us is that communication is on-point, and there's always someone getting back to me whether it's text, email or call."

"We have one shot to get it right, and we have one opportunity to have the right team on board to execute flawlessly." Often in the event industry, there's no room for poor choices in vendors, as once that ship has sailed, it's gone. Robert went on to further elaborate on this point:​​

"When our vendors work with us as a team, it feels like we all have skin in the game. We have also worked with other 'independent contractors' (security freelancers) and I wouldn't call them 'craig's list vendors,' but you get what I'm saying," Robert said half jokingly, alluding to the fact that quality from security vendors has been an issue in the past, even if said vendors position themselves as the same level quality of service as Ophion.

"We're happy that we found a company not on Craig's List like y'all and y'all could still be super economical and work with us," Robert later said. "When I found y'all I realized (security) can still be affordable and we don't have to cut corners and lose quality just because we're getting a really good deal.”
