Level IV personal protection for Wicked Virgo

The Situation

Kayla Eiken, known professionally as Wicked Virgo, needed personal protection during a sensitive family reunification involving her children.

The situation carried both emotional and practical risk. She was navigating an active custody dispute with legal counsel involved, and the planned exchanges required her to enter an environment where tensions could escalate quickly.

Kayla needed licensed protection officers who could remain calm, document events, coordinate appropriately with law enforcement if necessary, and help keep the focus on a safe exchange rather than confrontation.

Our Approach

Ophion provided Level IV personal protection across two separate trips connected to the reunification process.

The priority was to protect Kayla and her children while maintaining a professional, non-aggressive presence. Officers accompanied her through the exchanges, documented events using body-worn cameras, remained available as witnesses, and relied on de-escalation rather than confrontation whenever tensions increased.

During one exchange, law enforcement became involved after the situation escalated. Ophion’s role remained the same: maintain the client’s safety, reduce tension where possible, and allow the appropriate authorities and legal process to do their work.

For an assignment like this, protection requires judgment, documentation, situational awareness and the discipline to avoid becoming another source of conflict.

Kayla completed both trips with Ophion officers at her side and was able to reunite with her children.
