Armed security officers for Texas properties
Ophion Tactical Security walks your site with you or scopes it by phone, writes the post orders, then puts Level III commissioned security officers on those posts and patrols. The result is a security program sized to what your property needs, adjusted when that changes. Not sure which service fits? Start here.

What the site walk covers
Before any officer is scheduled, Ophion Tactical Security walks the property with you, or scopes it by phone when a walk is not practical. We look at the entrances, gates, lobbies, lots and perimeter, and at the hours each one is in use. The post orders are written from what we find.
What goes into post orders
Post orders are the written instructions for each post and patrol: what to cover, who to call and what to document. Opening, closing and lock-up procedures are written in when a post includes them. Officers are briefed on those orders before they work your site.
Replacing your current vendor
If you already have coverage, tell us what the posts are today and where the program falls short. We scope the site, write post orders for each post and agree with you who receives reports before the changeover. You then get a realistic start date, based on the location, the hours and the staffing it takes.
What shapes the quote
A quote for armed security is built from the scope: how many posts and patrols there are, the hours each is covered and where the property is. Send us the location and the schedule, and we go over the details with you before quoting.

Officers document incidents on site, and the reports go to your point of contact. The format of routine reporting, how often you receive it and who it goes to are agreed when the program is set up. A field supervisor also checks posts and post-order compliance.
It depends on the property. A posted officer holds a fixed position for the hours you need covered, which suits access control. Mobile patrol covers a property through vehicle patrols. Ophion scopes either one, or a mix of both, around the site.
The scope does: the number of posts and patrols, the hours each one is covered and where the property is. Send us the location and the schedule, and we go over the details with you before quoting.
Need more than one kind of coverage?
Some assignments do, such as an event that needs security officers at the doors and a protection agent with the guest of honor. Open a category to see everything we staff.
