In the Dallas area, Ophion offers armed coverage for commercial properties and offices, hotels, automotive dealerships and family entertainment venues.
The work differs by property. An office program is mostly access control at the lobby and after-hours checks. A dealership program is built around the lot once the showroom closes: patrols, inventory and service-area checks and incident reports. Family entertainment venues are scheduled around operating hours and peak days.
Hotels can use uniformed Level III officers, Level IV protection agents in a suit and tie, or both, depending on the lobby and the event floor.
